Banh Cuon Phuong
If you don’t like Fish sauce, it’s the address for you! This restaurant is very famous because of its special sauce. This sauce is the secret recipe of the owner and it doesn’t contain any fish sauce. It has been opened for a very long time and it is the favorite place of many people who live in the Old streets. It often be opened for breakfast and afternoon desert. You can order egg, Cha Que, sausage (Lap Xuong), shrimp jam to eat together with Banh cuon.

Banh Cuon Hang Bo
It was opened in the center of the Old street in Hanoi. I can’t remember exactly the location but it in the Hang Bo Street near Bat Dan street. It the famous street with some of different food in Hanoi, such as “Bun Ngan”, “Xoi che”, “My ga tan”, etc...
The restaurant often open from the afternoon until 9 pm. There are two different type of filling here: shrimp and pork.
The taste of Banh cuon here is very special. You can imagine that all the fool is melting in your mouth. It’s so soft, so delicious, so different with other Banh cuon restaurants.
The disadvantage is this restaurant is very small, only a few seats.
